All candidates must be students currently or intend to be in Fall 2026. Prior to being hired, candidates must provide their social insurance number and tax forms for payroll purposes.

Pool Manager

Qualifications/requirements

  • National Lifeguard (NLS) certification 
  • First Aid Training and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certifications 
  • A minimum of 2 years experience lifeguarding/instructing required 
  • Bilingual (French and English) 

Must be available from mid-May to mid-September and willing to work days, evenings & weekends. 


Assistant Pool Manager

The lifeguard interview process will include an in-person interview followed by a water test and written component to those invited beyond the first step.

Camp Coordinator

Qualifications

  • Hold a Secondary School Graduation Diploma 
  • Bilingual (French and English) 
  • Mature, ability to plan fun activities, work with children 
  • Background in team and individual sports, arts and crafts, theatre, music, and science a plus 
  • Must possess a valid Emergency First Aid and CPR B or Standard First Aid and CPR C (Lifesaving Society, Canadian Red Cross Society, St. John’s Ambulance or the Canadian Ski Patrol). 
  • At least two (2) years’ experience supervising part-time staff in a recreational camp setting 

Full-time position. 

Must be available from mid may to end of August.


Camp Assistant Coordinators

  • Must have been Camp Councillor for at least one (1) full summer 
  • Bilingual (French and English) 
  • Mature, ability to organize and plan activities and to manage employee teams, ability to work with children

Must be available from early June to end of August.


Camp Counsellor

Qualifications

  • Be at least 16 years of age 
  • Experience and interest in working with children and being part of a team 
  • Knowledge in planning age-appropriate activities and leading groups with creativity, enthusiasm, interest in games, sports, arts and crafts, music, and science 
  • Valid First Aid certification 
  • Bilingual (French and English) 

Full-time: Must be available for 9 weeks from mid-June to mid-August
