Administrative building closures
Municipal administrative buildings are closed on Friday, April 3 and Monday, April 6, 2026 for the Easter Holiday. Our employees will be back to work on Tuesday, April 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Sports and Recreation Centre
The Sports and Recreation Centre will be open during the weekend of April 4 and 5 from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Public skating will take place as usual on those days. For private rentals and CRA activities, we suggest that you double check the status of these activities with the organizer
Overnight parking tolerance
The Town of Montreal West will allow overnight parking on the street for the Easter and Passover holidays from Wednesday evening, April 1 to Friday morning, April 10, 2026.
An overnight parking tolerance allows residents and their guests to park their vehicles on the street overnight without having to request a temporary overnight parking permit. Vehicles must respect daytime parking restrictions and are not permitted to park in front of fire hydrants, in front of driveways, in no-stopping zones or anywhere else where parking is prohibited.
