On June 6 and 7, 2026, residents are invited to place any unwanted, yet functioning and useful items at the curb for free pickup by other members of the Montreal West community. The purpose of this event is to encourage re-using, recycling and reducing waste that ends up in landfill.
Please note that any uncollected articles MUST be removed in the evening and not left out for the Wednesday garbage pick up.
Happy hunting!

Have something you’d like to discuss with Council but can’t make it to a regular meeting? Not sure a formal Council meeting is the right place to raise it?
We’re launching Discussions with Council—a new monthly opportunity to meet with Council members in a more informal setting.
Locations and times will rotate to make these events as accessible and convenient as possible. Bring your questions, concerns, and ideas—we’re here to listen.
Regular council meetings are held in the Music Room at the Montreal West Town Hall as well as streamed on the Town’s YouTube channel.
