Traffic will be obstructed on August 7, 2024, <\/strong>as of 7 a.m<\/strong>. on Westminster Avenue South. The southbound lane of Westminster will be blocked between Ainslie Road and Avon Road to in order to undertake the inspection of a sewer main.<\/p>\n

Work should be completed by the end of the day at which point the southbound lane on Westminster will reopen.<\/p>\n

Note: The northbound lane on Westminster will remain open during the work.<\/p>\n

Vehicular Traffic<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is recommended that drivers wishing to access Avon from Westminster North follow these instructions:<\/p>\n

    1. Turn right from Northview Street onto Connaught Avenue.<\/li>\n
    2. Turn left from Connaught Avenue onto Sherbrooke Street.<\/li>\n
    3. Turn right from Sherbrooke Street onto Elmhurst.<\/li>\n
    4. Continue on Elmhurst until you reach Avon Road.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Detour signage will be present to ensure a secure traffic flow. We suggest that you plan your trips accordingly. Drivers should expect slowdowns.<\/p>\n

      Town Hall<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The Town Hall parking lot will be accessible via the Easton entrance.<\/p>\n
