The Town invites all residents to carefully\u00a0follow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbc.ca\/news\/canada\/montreal\/quebec-covid-halloween-with-restrictions-1.5763644\">public regulations in place<\/a> for Montreal West children to enjoy a safe Halloween! Please continue to stay vigilant.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Due to this exceptional situation, the Town will also be bringing Halloweek to your households! We have planned alternative activities for which you won\u2019t need to leave your house.\u00a0This will be a Halloween to remember, all while ensuring physical distancing!<\/p>\n<h2>Contests and prizes<\/h2>\n<p>Have some skele-fun participating in our contests!<\/p>\n<p><strong>House decorating:<\/strong> Gather up the family and get to decorating! Let\u2019s get into the Halloween spirit and make our houses look fang-tastic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pet costumes:<\/strong> Let\u2019s not forget about our furry friends! Dress them up in your most fa-boo-lous costumes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pumpkin decorations: <\/strong>Last but certainly not least, what\u2019s Halloween without Jack-O-Lanterns! Decorate the best you can and give your neighbors pumpkin to talk about!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>CONTESTS NOW CLOSED<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Virtual activities for the entire family<\/h2>\n<p>You\u2019d like to participate in Halloween and celebrate the festivities from your home?\u00a0Here are some fun activities for you and your family!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ricardocuisine.com\/en\/recipes\/7151-classic-pumpkin-pie-the-best\"><strong>Pumpkin Pie Recipe<\/strong><\/a>: Have fun baking Ricardo\u2019s famous pumpkin pie and let us know how much you love it. Which one is your favorite?<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/littlebinsforlittlehands.com\/make-easy-homemade-halloween-slime-recipe\/\">Halloween Slime<\/a>: <\/strong>Follow the recipe to create the perfect Halloween Slime!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Halloween Home Dance Party: <\/strong>Get dressed up and ready to boogie! Invite friends and family to your virtual get together and show off your favorite costumes. If you want to spice things up, you can even add a freeze dance competition! Some of our favorite songs include the Monster Mash, Time Warp, Ghostbuster or anything from the Descendants!<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kidsplayandcreate.com\/halloween-mystery-box-ideas-whats-in-that-box-halloween-guessing-game\/\">Mystery Cauldron<\/a>: <\/strong>Get searching and collect some spooky ingredients like noses, witch hair, worms, spider legs and anything else you can find! Then place all participants facing the finish line.
