Moreover, no later than March 31 of each year, the Town shall publish the list of all contracts involving an expenditure exceeding $2,000 entered into in the last full fiscal year preceding that date with the same contracting party if those contracts involve a total expenditure exceeding $25,000.<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/montreal-ouest.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2025-Liste-contrats-de-plus-de-2K-totalisant-plus-25K-VT.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">list of contracts over $2,000 totaling more than $25,000 per supplier<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/seao.gouv.qc.ca\/contrats-par-organisation\">list of contracts over $25,000<\/a><\/li><\/ul><h2>Procedure for awarding contracts<\/h2><p>The Cities and Towns Act establishes the legal context for the adjudication of contracts by municipalities.
