Responses will be provided at the following Council meeting.<br><br>\n\n<strong>For the upcoming September 28 Council meeting, the form will be open on Monday, September 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.\u00a0<\/strong><em> Please note that questions for the first question period can no longer be submitted online on the day of a Council meeting.\u00a0<\/em>\n<br><br>\nResidents who prefer to ask questions in person may continue to attend the Council meetings and participate during the public question period.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<button type=\"button\" class=\"elementor-alert-dismiss\" aria-label=\"Dismiss this alert.\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span aria-hidden=\"true\">&times;<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/button>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f934109 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f934109\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Regular Council meetings are held both in person at Town Hall and virtually via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@townofmontrealwest2509\/streams\">Town\u2019s YouTube channel.<\/a><\/h3><p>In order to facilitate citizen participation, citizens may submit their questions for the question period through an online form prior to the meeting. During the first and second question periods, priority will be given to questions from those present at Town Hall. Questions asked online will be answered for the remainder of the time allocated to the question period, after which Council will no longer answer questions.<\/p><p><strong>First question period:<\/strong><\/p><p>The form for the first question period will be available from\u00a0<strong>10<\/strong><strong>\u00a0a.m. to 2 p.m.\u00a0<\/strong>on the Monday prior to the council meeting and may bear on any topic of public interest.<\/p><p><strong>Second question period<\/strong><\/p><p>The form for the second question period will be available on this page during the meeting. Questions asked during the second question period must pertain only to items on the agenda.<\/p><p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Citizens must identify themselves by providing their full name (first and last name) and address.
